Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to AIPwn's local evidence tools, optional cloud inspection, developer APIs, billing, and bot integrations.

Service scope
The local tool reports C2PA credential state. Cloud reports state the AI-generation declarations found in a file's C2PA and IPTC metadata and bind them to an input digest; the server does not verify the C2PA signature, a file without a declaration is not thereby shown to be human-made, and reports are not certificates of authorship or real-world authenticity.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, non-consensual synthetic-media abuse, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, fraudulent reports, or attempts to bypass authentication, quotas, or rate limits.
Decision boundary
Inspection results can be wrong or incomplete (metadata can be stripped or forged) and must not be used alone for legal, employment, credit, safety, identity, or other high-impact decisions. Review provenance, source context, and independent evidence.
Agent Security decisions
Agent Security evaluations are risk signals (allow / review / block) produced by deterministic rules and probabilistic semantic analysis. An allow is not a security guarantee, AIPwn never executes or blocks your tools for you, and you remain responsible for final authorization and side-effect control. Semantic analysis runs on a configured provider (TypeSafe) under its standard integration terms.
Purchases & refunds
AIPwn sells prepaid API credits at a single price of $0.01 per credit. You may top up any whole-dollar amount between $5 and $500; there are no tiers, no subscription, and nothing auto-renews. Credits are one shared balance across AIPwn API services and never expire; a successful Agent Security evaluation or cloud inspection currently consumes 1 credit each, and failed requests are not charged. All top-ups are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Current prices always appear on the pricing page and are charged through Stripe at checkout.
Developer API Keys & Security Responsibility
API credentials issued under the prefix aipwn_sk_ are confidential. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys and for all consumption or activities conducted under your credentials.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, AIPwn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every attack.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AIPwn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. AIPwn’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid AIPwn in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Suspension and termination
AIPwn may suspend or revoke API keys or accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Console; deletion removes the account’s remaining credit balance.
Changes to these Terms
AIPwn may update these Terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
