Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AIPwn's local evidence tools, optional provider-backed inspection, developer APIs, billing, and bot integrations.

Service scope
The local tools report C2PA credential state and covered Unicode marks. Cloud reports reproduce a configured provider's probabilistic result and bind it to an input digest; they are not cryptographically signed certificates of authorship or real-world authenticity.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, non-consensual synthetic-media abuse, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, fraudulent reports, or attempts to bypass authentication, quotas, or rate limits.
Decision boundary
Provider results can be wrong and must not be used alone for legal, employment, credit, safety, identity, or other high-impact decisions. Review provenance, source context, and independent evidence.
Purchases, Credits Pack & Pro Subscriptions
Credits packs ($1.99 / 100 scans) never expire and are consumed per successful cloud inspection. Pro subscriptions ($19.9/month or $15.9/month billed annually) renew automatically until canceled in your Console dashboard. Cancellations remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Developer API Keys & Security Responsibility
API credentials issued under the prefix aipwn_sk_ are confidential. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys and for all consumption or activities conducted under your credentials.
